短肽型肠内营养制剂对腹腔镜次全子宫切除术后胃肠功能影响

Effect of Short Peptide Enteral Nutrition Powder on Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Sub-total Hysterectomy

目的:探讨短肽型肠内营养制剂对腹腔镜次全子宫切除术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年10月在笔者所在医院妇科行腹腔镜次全子宫切除术患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组接受腹腔镜围术期常规治疗和护理,术后6 h后进食米汤。试验组在腹腔镜围术期常规治疗和护理基础上于术后6 h后服用短肽型肠内营养制剂。比较两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间,探讨短肽型肠内营养制剂对术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。结果:试验组胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短肽型肠内营养制剂能促进腹腔镜子宫次全切除术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Short Peptide Enteral Nutrition Powder on gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic sub-total hysterectomy. Method: A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic sub-total hysterectomy in the gynecology department of our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine laparoscopic perioperative treatment and nursing, and drank rice-water 6 hours after surgery. On the basis of the routine laparoscopic perioperative treatment and nursing, the experimental group drank Short Peptide Enteral Nutrition Powder 6 hours after surgery. The recovery time of postoperative bowel sound, time of anal exhaust and defecation were compared between the two groups to investigate the effect of Short Peptide Enteral Nutrition Powder on gastrointestinal function recovery after surgery. Result: The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and effective rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Short Peptide Enteral Nutrition Powder can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic sub-total hysterectomy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
