品管圈活动对提高门诊部护理质量的价值分析

Value Analysis of Quality Control Circle Activities to Improve Nursing Quality in Outpatient Departments

目的:探讨品管圈活动对门诊部护理质量持续改进的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月就诊的103例门诊患者资料进行分析。对照组(50例)接受常规护理,观察组(53例)采用品管圈管理护理,比较两组患者静脉输液不良反应发生率、满意度及护理质量方面的差异。结果:观察组静脉输液不良反应发生率为3.77%(2/53),显著低于对照组的16.00%(8/50),两组差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.397,P=0.036)。观察组患者的护理质量评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为88.68%(47/53),而对照组为66.00%(33/50),两组差异有统计学意义(x^2=8.149,P=0.017)。结论:门诊部实施品管圈活动可以明显降低输液不良反应,提高护理满意度与护理质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities on the continuous improvement of nursing quality in outpatient department. Method: A total of 103 outpatients from January 2018 to March 2019 were analyzed. The patients inthe control group(50 cases) received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group(53 cases) received QCC management. The differences in the incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion, satisfaction, and quality of care were compared between the two groups. Result: The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion was 3.77%(2/53) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 16.00%(8/50) in the controlled group, and the difference was statistically significant( x^2=4.397, P=0.036). The nursing quality scores of the observation group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 88.68%(47/53), while that of the control group was 66.00%(33/50), and the difference was statistically significant( x^2=8.149, P=0.017). Conclusion: The implementation of QCC activities in outpatient departments can significantly reduce infusion adverse reactions, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
