系统心理护理干预对门诊抑郁症患者的效果观察

Effect of Systematic Psychological Nursing Intervention on Outpatients with Depression

目的:分析系统心理护理在门诊抑郁症患者中的效果。方法:选择2018年1月22日-2019年2月22日来笔者所在医院100例抑郁症患者作为此次分析对象,选取就诊的患者,通过动态化随机分组的方式进行分组,对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择系统心理护理;比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组生活质量评分(78.58±5.98)分,高于对照组,抑郁评分(33.33±3.57)分,焦虑评分(32.03±5.46)分,均低于对照组,组间数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统心理护理在门诊抑郁症中存在显著干预价值。

Objective: To analyze the effect of systemic psychological care in outpatients with depression. Method: A total of 100 outpatients with depression were selected as the target of this study. Patients who came to our hospital from January 22, 2018 to February 22, 2019 were selected by dynamic randomized grouping. The control group chose conventional nursing. The observation group chose systematic psychological nursing. The two groups were compared with anxiety, depression score and quality of life score. Result: The quality of life score of the observation group(78.58±5.98) points was higher than that of the control group, depression score(33.33±3.57) points and anxiety score(32.03±5.46) points were lower than the control group, there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Systematic psychological nursing has significant intervention value in outpatient depression.
