中医护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛康复的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Rehabilitation of Post-herpetic Neuralgia with TCM Nursing

目的:观察中医护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛康复的临床疗效。方法:将72例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者随机分为基础护理组和中医护理组两组,各36例,基础护理组给予常规护理,中医护理组在常规护基础上给予中医护理,观察并分析比较两组疼痛缓解、皮损改善、食欲、睡眠及不良精神因素等方面的总体疗效。结果:中医护理组在疼痛缓解、食欲、睡眠及不良精神因素等方面的总体疗效显著优于基础护理组(x^2=6.695,P=0.035)。结论:中医护理可有效减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛,有效促进患者康复。

Objective: To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing on the rehabilitation of post-herpetic neuralgia. Method: A total of 72 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into basic care group and TCM nursing group of 36 each. Patients in the basic nursing group were given routine care, and patients in the TCM nursing group were given TCM nursing care based on basic nursing. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed and analyzed. Result: The overall efficacy of patients in the TCM nursing group was significantly higher than that in the basic nursing group( x^2=6.695, P=0.035). Conclusion: TCM care can effectively alleviate post-herpetic neuralgia, and promote recovery.
