针对性护理干预在PCNL治疗复杂肾结石中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in PCNL Treatment of Complex Renal Stones

目的:研究针对性护理干预对PCNL(经皮肾镜取石术)治疗复杂肾结石患者的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的72例需经PCNL治疗的复杂肾结石患者,将其随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。其中观察组实行针对性护理干预,对照组实行常规护理,比较两组手术及住院时间、术后并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.79、4.11,x^2=4.13、4.74,P<0.05)。结论:针对经PCNL治疗的复杂肾结石患者,在围术期实行针对性护理干预,能有效降低其术后并发症发生率,提高手术治疗效果,减少其住院时间,在临床护理中有明显价值,值得多加推广应用。

Objective: To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of complex renal stones with PCNL. Method: Seventy-two patients with complex renal calculi treated with PCNL in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given targeted nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing. The operation and hospitalization time, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Result: The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=2.79, 4.11, x^2=4.13, 4.74, P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with complex kidney stones treated with PCNL, targeted nursing intervention during perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the effect of surgical treatment, reduce the length of hospital stay, and have obvious value in clinical nursing. It is worth more promotion and application.
