藻酸盐敷料联合银锌抑菌霜在腹腔引流管拔除后伤口延迟愈合患者中的应用效果

Efficacy of Alginate Dressing Combined with Silver Zinc Bacteriostatic Cream in Patients with Delayed Wound Healing after Abdominal Drainage Tube Extraction

目的:探讨藻酸盐敷料联合银锌抑菌霜在腹腔引流管拔除后延迟愈合伤口中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年6月-2018年10月在笔者所在医院行腹部手术放置腹腔引流管,拔管后伤口延迟愈合,在门诊换药室换药的100例患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用碘伏纱条常规换药,观察组使用藻酸盐敷料联合银锌抑菌霜换药。比较两组伤口换药次数、伤口愈合时间、临床疗效。结果:观察组换药次数为(4.18±1.0)次,显著少于对照组的(7.92±1.18)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间为(13.84±2.96)d,显著短于对照组的(23.54±3.71)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.0%(47/50),高于对照组的64.0%(32/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔引流管拔除后延迟愈合伤口使用藻酸盐敷料联合银锌抑菌霜换药可减少伤口换药次数,缩短伤口愈合时间,安全有效,使用方便,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the application effect of alginate dressing combined with silver zinc antibacterial cream on delayed healing of wounds after removal of abdominal drainage tube. Method: From June 2016 to October 2018, the clinical data of 100 patients who underwent abdominal surgery with abdominal drainage tube and delayed wound healing after extubation in outpatient were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was routinely changed with iodophor gauze, while the observation group used alginate dressing combined with silver zinc antibacterial cream. The number of dressing change, wound healing time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Result: The number of dressing changes in the observation group was(4.18±1.0) times, which was significantly less than(7.92±1.18) times of the control group(P<0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was(13.84±2.96) d, which was significantly shorter than(23.54±3.71) d of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.0%(47/50), which was higher than 64.0%(32/50) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of alginate dressing combined with silver zinc antibacterial cream can reduce the number of wound dressings and shorten the wound healing time. It is safe, effective and convenient to use and worthy of clinical promotion.
