盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及安全性

Effect and Safety of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:分析盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及安全性。方法:研究对象为2018年3月-2019年5月笔者所在医院接收的支原体肺炎患儿40例。依据入院单双号分为两组,各20例。对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组开展盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组症状改善时间及免疫功能指标,分析两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽改善时间及体温恢复时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎具有效果显著、安全性高等优势,值得进一步推广实施。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy and safety of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. Method: The subjects of the study were 40 children with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia who were received in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019. According to the odd or even number of admission, children were divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The control group received Azithromycin for treatment, and the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin. The symptom improvement time and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed. Result: The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, cough improvement time and body temperature recovery time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05). CD3^+, CD4^+, and CD8^+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Azithromycin has obvious curative effect and high safety in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. It is worthy of further promotion and implementation.
