米非司酮联合自拟汤剂在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用

Application of Mifepristone Combined with Self-prepared Decoction in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:对米非司酮联合自拟汤剂治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果进行探究。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院妇科2017年10月-2018年12月接诊的86例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照计算机随机法分为对照组、研究组,各43例。对照组单独口服米非司酮片,研究组口服米非司酮片联合自拟汤剂,共3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、肌瘤体积变化等指标。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率(93.35%)高于对照组(72.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肌瘤体积、性激素各项指标水平改善幅度均较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者予以米非司酮联合自拟汤剂方案治疗,效果确切,利于缩小肌瘤体积,调节性激素水平,且不良反应少,患者预后良好。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Self-prepared Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Method: Randomly selected from our hospital department of gynaecology from October 2017 to December 2018, 86 patients with uterine fibroids as the research object. According to the computer random method, patients were divided into the control group and the study group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mifepristone Tablets alone, and the study group was treated with Mifepristone Tablets combined with Self-prepared Decoction, with a total of 3 courses of treatment. Clinical efficacy, sex hormone level and fibroid volume changes were compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(93.35%) was higher than that of the control group(72.09%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of fibroid volume and sex hormone level in the study group were more significant than those of the control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with Self-prepared Decoction is effective for patients with uterine fibroids, which can reduce the volume of fibroids and regulate the level of sex hormones, with fewer adverse reactions and a good prognosis.
