一次性根充治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Disposable Root Filling in the Treatment of Acute Pulpitis and Its Influence on the Quality of Life

目的:探讨一次性根充治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的急性牙髓炎患者60例,通过随机分组方式分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用多次根充方式治疗,研究组采用一次性根充治疗方式。比较两组临床疗效和生活质量评分。结果:对照组与研究组总有效率分别为76.7%及96.7%,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后重度疼痛少于对照组,无痛多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性牙髓炎患者治疗过程中,采用一次性根充治疗效果显著,可提升治疗总有效率,缓解疼痛程度,促进患者整体生活质量提升。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of disposable root filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Method: A total of 60 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each grouop. The control group was treated with multiple root filling, and the study group was treated with disposable root filling. The clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the control group and the study group were 76.7% and 96.7% respectively, and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Severe pain in the study group was less than that of the control group, and no pain was more than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment process of patients with acute pulpitis, disposable root filling therapy has a significant effect, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, relieve the pain, and promote the overall quality of life of patients.
