生物反馈电刺激配合盆底肌锻炼改善产后盆底功能的临床效果 被引量:6

Clinical Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise on Improving Postpartum Pelvic Floor Function

摘要 目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激配合盆底肌锻炼改善产后盆底功能的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5-10月江苏省太仓市中医医院自愿接受康复和调查的产后6~8周的120例产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组实施单纯盆底肌锻炼,观察组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼。比较两组肌力改善情况、盆底功能障碍性疾病发生情况、生活质量。结果:治疗后6个月,观察组肌力改善总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组物质生活(68.09±5.88)分、躯体功能(75.04±6.28)分、社会功能(76.29±6.16)分、心理功能(75.38±7.11)分,均高于对照组的(54.29±6.33)、(60.27±7.09)、(63.38±5.98)、(65.27±6.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规盆底肌肉锻炼相比,生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼可明显提升产妇盆底功能,有效帮助产妇恢复盆底功能,改善产妇生活质量。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on improving postpartum pelvic floor function. Method: From May to October 2018, 120 parturients who voluntarily received rehabilitation and investigation in Taicang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province for 6~8 weeks after childbirth were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received simple pelvic floor muscle exercise, while the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise. The improvement of muscle strength, incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Result: Six months after treatment, the total effective rate of muscle strength improvement in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of physical life(68.09±5.88) points, physical function(75.04±6.28) points, social function(76.29±6.16) points and psychological function(75.38±7.11) points in the observation group were all higher than(54.29±6.33),(60.27±7.09),(63.38±5.98),(65.27±6.80) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with conventional pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy, biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can significantly improve the pelvic floor function of parturients, effectively help parturients restore pelvic floor function, and improve the quality of life of parturients.
