新时代武陵山片区乡风文明建设质量提升研究

Study on Quality Improvement of Rural Culture Construction in Wuling Mountain Area in the New Era

近年来,武陵山片区立足脱贫攻坚加强乡风文明建设取得明显成效,但对比高质量发展标准,该地区乡风文明建设还存在明显问题,如中华优秀家庭伦理文化传承家风弱化、社会主义核心价值观融入民风民俗不够、文明村镇文明家庭创建活动形式化等。新时代进一步提升武陵山片区乡风文明建设质量,重点要发挥农村基层党建的核心作用,构建“齐关心共参与”建设新体系,打造武陵山区乡风文明建设长效机制,进一步强化农民群众参与乡风文明建设的主体性。

In recent years,Wuling Mountain area has achieved remarkable results in strengthening the construction of local culture and civilization based on poverty alleviation.However,according to the requirements of high-quality development,there are still some problems in the construction of local culture,such as the weakening of the inheritance of Chinese excellent family ethics and culture,the insufficient integration of socialist core values into folk customs,and the formalization of civilized family building activities in civilized villages and towns.In the new era,we should further enhance the high-quality development of rural culture in Wuling Mountain area.We should give full play to the core role of rural grass-roots party building in the construction of rural culture,build a new system of“caring for and participating in the construction of rural culture”in the whole society,establish and improve a long-term mechanism for the construction of rural culture,further strengthen the rural culture of peasants and the masses,and the false creation of civilized families in civilized villages and towns.
