摘要
针对传统产业集群升级问题,选取企业、政府和行业协会三个主体进行演化博弈分析,并运用Matlab软件进行仿真分析,揭示产业集群升级中多元利益主体决策行为的演化特征。研究结果表明:企业是产业集群升级的投入主体,只要企业主动投入,系统会处于一个稳定状态;政府如果能够进行适当调控,行业协会如果能够提供技术和创新要素,系统会处于一个良性循环的状态。
Aiming at the upgrading of traditional industrial clusters,this paper chooses three main bodies,namely enterprises,governments and trade associations,to carry out evolutionary game analysis,and uses MATLAB software to carry out simulation analysis to reveal the evolutionary characteristics of multi-stakeholder decision-making behavior in upgrading industrial clusters.The results show that the enterprise is the main input of industrial cluster upgrading.As long as the enterprise actively invests,the system will be in a stable state.If the government can regulate and control properly,and if the industry associations can provide technological and innovative elements,the system will be in a virtuous circle.
