摘要
利用光学显微镜(LM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了采自新疆的9种紫萼藓属(Grimmia)植物的孢蒴和孢子形态.观察结果显示:这9种紫萼藓属植物的孢蒴呈卵形或圆柱形,蒴齿披针形或缺失.孢子均细小,直径在6~16μm之间,属于细小孢子(PI)或小形孢子(MI);黄色或黄褐色;近极面向内凹,纹饰为颗粒状突起、疣状或芽孢状,孢子外壁网状.本文对这9种植物的孢蒴和孢子进行了详细的描述并附图示,在孢子体特征的基础上探讨了其分类学和生态学意义.
The morphology of 9 species of the Grimmia was observed by light and scanning electron microscopies.The results show that the capsules of them are oval or oval-cylindrical, with lanceolate peristomes or absent.However the spores are all small, spore size ranges from 6 μm to 16 μm, belonging to PI or MI;yellow or yellowish brown, with concave proximal face. The ornamentation of spores are granular, papillose or spore-like, retipilate exine surface. In this paper, capsules and spores of these nine species are described in detail with illustrations.Furthermore, the taxonomical and ecological significance of sporophytes are discussed based on their characteristics.
