All wars have inherent laws and basic principles for defeating the enemy,as are modern warfares.It is of great significance for our troops to plan for a future win on the basis of deeply understanding the connotation of the war-winning mechanism and accurately grasping its basic characteristics,exploring the new changes in the war-winning mechanism under the condition of modern warfare.
