军队建设项目后评价指标体系研究

Research on post evaluation index system of military construction projects

为强化军队后勤力量建设,运用后评价指标体系提升军队建设项目管理效率。本文结合军队建设项目特征,融合军队建设项目全生命周期理论与项目后评价理论,以相关法律法规、立项文件、专项报告、验收报告等为依据,构建以前期工作、实施过程、项目投入、项目影响为主要维度的军事建设项目后评价指标体系。

To strengthen the army logistics construction,we can use the post-evaluation index system to promote the management efficiency of military construction project.This paper considers the features of military construction project,draws the lifecycle theory and of the postevaluation theory,the basis of relevant laws and regulations,project files,special report,acceptance to build the main dimensions of military construction project postevaluation index system including preparation work,the implementation process,project investment and project influence.
