跨城市合作创新网络的空间结构及其发展演进——基于福厦泉816组合作专利申请数据的分析

Spatial Structure and Evolution of Cross-city Cooperative Innovation Network: Based on the Analysis of Cooperative Patent Application Data of 816 Group among Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou

基于2002-2017年福厦泉816组合作专利申请数据,运用社会网络分析法构建福厦泉跨城市合作创新网络,从中心性、结构洞以及小世界效应三方面对网络结构进行分析,利用信息论中的“熵”对网络演化有序性进行测度,进而采用Fisher最优分割法对合作创新网络的发展阶段进行划分。福厦泉跨城市合作创新网络的参与主体不断增多、规模不断扩大、创新主体获取知识的能力不断提升,网络内部信息流通效率不断提高。但在跨城市合作创新网络的演化过程中出现了较为明显的“熵增”现象。福厦泉跨城市合作创新网络的发展经历了不稳定初始阶段,趋于稳定的扩张阶段以及示范区政策效应带动下的新一轮扩张阶段。据此提出了优化福厦泉跨城市合作创新网络结构,提升合作创新效率的对策建议。

Based on the analysis of patent application data of 816 group among Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou between 2002 and 2017,this paper uses the social network analysis to construct a cross-city cooperative innovation network,analyzes the cross-city cooperative innovation network from three aspects of centrality,structural holes and small-world effect,measures the network evolution order by using entropy in information theory,and then divides the development stages by using Fisher optimal segmentation.It showed that the number of participants of cross-city cooperative innovation network has been increased,the scale has been expanded,the ability of innovation entities to acquire knowledge has been improved,and the efficiency of internal information circulation has been improved in the 16 years.However,the phenomenon of“entropy increase”has emerged during the evolution of the inter-city cooperative innovation network.The development of cross-city cooperative innovation network among Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou has experienced an unstable initial stage,a steady expansion stage and new expansion stage driven by the policy effect of demonstration zone.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the network structure and improve the efficiency of cross-city cooperative innovation.
