The Dilemma and Transcendence of University Talent Cultivation Pattern: Based on the Perspective of Relevance

适切性是考察高校人才培养模式的新视角。当前我国高校人才培养模式存在人才培养理念的滞后性、人才培养目标的趋同性、人才培养方式的单一性和人才培养制度的不完善性等困境,一定程度导致高校人才培养能力较低。在我国深入实施创新驱动发展战略和大力推进“新工科”建设的背景下,基于适切性的视角,应从理念重构、技术突破和制度完善等方面采取“ITS”路径模式,超越与突破人才培养模式困境。

Relevance is the new perspective of investigating university talent cultivation pattern.At present,there still exist many problems in the relevance of high engineering education talent cultivation pattern including lagging talent cultivation idea,convergence of talent cultivation goal,oneness of talent cultivation mode and faultiness of talent cultivation system,which resulting in the lower ability of university personnel training to a certain extent in our country.Under the background of implementing the strategy of innovation driven development and promoting the construction of new engineering vigorously in our country,and based on the perspective of relevance as well,colleges and universities should transcend and break through the dilemma of talent cultivation pattern,improve the ability of personnel training,adopt“ITS”path model strategy which is composed of reconstructing idea,breaking through technical and perfecting system.
