试论大数据时代高校大学生思想政治教育工作

Analysis of the College Student Ideological and Political Education in the Big Data Era

大数据时代的到来,深刻地改变着人们的思维模式和行为方式。2015年8月31日,国务院在《促进大数据发展行动纲要》中明确指出,要建设教育文化大数据,探索发挥大数据对变革教育方式、促进教育公平、提升教育质量的支撑作用。但大数据是一把“双刃剑”,大数据时代在给高校大学生思想政治教育工作带来新发展新机遇的同时,也对新时代大学生思想政治教育工作的改革创新带来了新挑战。高校是大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,在新的环境下,高校的思想政治教育工作者需革新思想政治教育工作观念和方式方法,学会“用数据说话”,以增强大数据时代高校大学生思想政治教育工作的科学性、针对性和实效性。

With the advent of big data era,our thinking and behavior patterns are changed profoundly.“The voice of data”is growing increasingly significant as an influential factor in guiding our work and practice.On August 31st 2015,the State Council made an explicit instruction in Action plan promoting big data development that we should construct big data on education and culture,explore and develop the supporting role big data plays in reforming the methods,promoting the equality,and improving the quality of education.However,big data seems to be a“double-edged sword”,the era of big data not only brings new developments and opportunities to college student ideological and political education,but also poses new requirements and challenges to the reform and innovation of it.The college is the main front of ideological and political education.In the new environment,the ideological and political educators need to renovate the traditional work ethic and methods with thinking mode of big data,and learn to“speak with data”in order to enhance the scientificity,pertinency and effectiveness of college student ideological and political education in the big data era.
