摘要
干眼是一种与泪液和眼表组织病变相关的多诱因疾病。目前干眼的主要治疗是对症治疗,包括眼部润滑和消炎,但是有局限性。细胞凋亡在干眼发病机制中的作用逐渐被发现,生物学最新的研究方向是使病变组织再生,特别是间充质干细胞,其具有多重性、营养性和免疫调节性。本文对干眼再生疗法最新研究进展进行综述。
Dry eye syndrome is multi-inductive diseases associated with tear and ocular surface lesion.At present,the main treatment of dry eye is symptomatic treatment,including eye lubrication and anti-inflammatory,but there are some limitations.The role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis of dry eye has been discovered year by year.The latest research direction of biology is to make pathological tissue regenerate,especially mesenchymal stem cells,with multiple,nutritive and immunomodulatory properties.We will review the latest research status,as well as the latest progress and results of these promising treatments in this field of pathology.
