Strategies for Development of Elderly Care Industry in Jiangxi Province

随着我国步入老龄化社会,传统的家庭养老已经不能满足我国社会的养老需求。在相关政策的支持下,再加上老年人收入结构、劳动力流动性、家庭压力等的变化,作为整个养老事业的补充,产业化的养老事业迎来了发展的契机。而江西凭其独特人的经济地理条件,具有发展产业化养老的优势。运用描述性统计分析,主成份分析等对江西养老产业进行研究,发现影响江西养老产业发展的主要是养老产业的要素禀赋条件极其需求因素。因而发展江西养老产业的政策可以围绕支持健康养老企业和促进需求来展开。

While it is time for the aging society in our country,the traditional services for the aged in family has not been able to meet the needs of our society.With the support of relevant policies,and something have changed in the income structure of the older people,and labor mobility,and the pressure of family of the elderly.As a supplement to the entire old一age service,the elderly care industry has unshared an opportunity for development in Jiangxi.With its unique economic and geographical conditions,it has the advantage of developing the elderly care industry.By using descriptive statistical analysis and main component analysis,the author makes a study on the endowment industry in Jiangxi,and finds the factors that affect the development of the endowment industry in Jiangxi included in the endowment condition and demand.Therefore,the policy of development of Jiangxi pension industry can be turned around to support healthy pension enterprises and promote demand.
