新工科人才培养中的创新教育的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 分析了新工科提出的背景,阐明了新工科产生的必要性,得出高等工程教育的新工科根本任务是培养人才,重要属性是创新。通过比较工程教育认证毕业要求、CDIO工程教育能力大纲和MIT提出的新工科人才十二项思维能力,提出了新工科人才以创新能力为核心的能力素质框架。认为新工科的创新教育更加强调新知识的应用,设计为基础,关注创意创新创业完整过程,提出"三创合一"的教育理念以及与之相应的培养体系。最后,介绍了"三创合一"创新教育体系在景德镇陶瓷大学的实践。 This paper analyzes the background of new engineering, discusses the necessity of new engineering, and concludes that the fundamental task of new higher engineering education is to cultivate innovative talents. By comparing the requirements of engineering education certification and graduation, CDIO engineering education ability outline and twelve thinking abilities of new engineering talents proposed by MIT, this paper puts forward a framework with innovation as the core in all the abilities of new engineering talents. It points out that the innovative education of new engineering focuses more on the application of new knowledge and design, and pays more attention to the complete process of creation and entrepreneurship. The paper also provides an innovative education model, which integrates creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship(ICIE) based on the practice of the innovative education in Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute.
