摘要
军事训练作为高校学生进入大学的第一课,是开展国防教育,实施素质教育的重要途径。自1985年启动试点工作以来,高校学生军事训练工作已经积累了30多年的有益经验,取得许多有益成果。但进入新时代,党和国家对学生军事训练提出了新的要求,现有水平距离国家国防教育需求和高素质国防后备军建设的要求还存在较大差距。本文通过对新时代高校学生军事训练工作的研究,针对目前高校学生军事训练存在的突出问题进行分析,针对性地提出解决建议,以期对高校学生军事训练育人功能的发挥提供支持。
Military training, as the first lesson for college students, is an effective way to carry out national defense education and quality-oriented education. Since the pilot work launched in 1985, military training of college students has accumulated over 30 years’ useful experience and made plenty of achievements. However, in the new era, the current level of college students’ military training cannot meet the demands of national defense education and high-quality national defense reserve army construction. Therefore, the Party and the state have put forward new requirements for college military training. Based on a research on the military training of college students in the new era, this paper analyzes the problems and proposes solutions so as to provide some support for the educational function of college students’ military training.
