摘要
本文从剖析商务人才内涵入手,描述了"卓越商务人才"的定义,并从专业能力、社会能力和个人特征三方面分析了卓越商务人才应具备的基本素质,提出卓越商务人才的表象特征应达到良好及以上。以景德镇陶瓷大学经管专业为例,构建基于能力导向的卓越商务人才培养体系,分别从专业知识体系、实践教学体系和第二课堂三个方面进行了具体阐述,并在文章最后提出了培养应用型本科经管人才实践的几点思考。
This paper defined outstanding e-commerce talents first from the perspective of business talents ’ connotation,and then analyzed the basic qualities of them from these aspects :professional capabilities,social skills and personal characteristics. It also presented the good characteristics outstanding e-commerce talents should have. Taking the economics and management majors in Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute for instance,the paper discussed the possible ways to build a competence-based and knowledge,practical teaching and the second classroom included cultivation system for outstanding e-commerce talents. Some suggestions for the cultivation of applied undergraduates majoring in economics and management are put forward at the end of the paper.
