南疆陆地棉品种主要经济性状主成分分析

摘要 不断更新棉花品种是南疆棉花产业可持续发展的重要技术途径,而客观、科学的评价选择棉花品种是关键。传统的品种评价选择方法主观性强、科学性差;主成分分析结果作为棉花优良品系评价选择标准,避免了性状间相互作用造成的重复选择,较传统的评价选择方法更加科学准确,综合性强。本文对32个南疆引进的棉花品种(系)采取不化控和化控2种处理,分别测定其生长发育、产量及产量结构、纤维品质等16个主要经济性状指标,(1)不同棉花品种(系)主要经济性状存在明显变异,同一品种未化控与化控处理的性状表现差异显著。(2)主成分分析提取出的8个主成分代表了16个棉花主要经济性状指标86%以上的信息。(3)化学调控状态下较好的品种(系)是新陆中66号、K836、A03、917、邯棉646、C9。 Updating the cotton varieties is an important technical way to sustainable development of cotton industiy in south of Xinjiang.Evaluate and selection of cotton varieties objectively and scientifically is the very important.But traditional methods have some disadvantages,such as strong subjectivity,bad scientificity,low economy etc.Using the principal component analysis method can avoid the repeat of interaction among the characters,and will be more scientific,accurate and comprehensive.In this paper,non-chemical control and chemical control were applied to 32 cotton varieties(lines)introduced from southern Xinxiang,16 main economic characters were determined,and descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis were performed.The results show that:(1)main economic characters of different cotton varieties(lines)had significant variation,and the characters of the same variety without chemical control and chemical control were significantly different.(2)8 principal components extracted by principal component analysis represented more than 86%information of the 16 main economic characters.(3)The better varieties(lines)under chemical control were 66,K836,A03,917,Hanmian 646 and C9 varieties(lines).
