摘要 为了探究"一带一路"实施过程中的环境担忧,以及解决中欧班列在运营过程中存在的线路重复、 资源不集约和过度竞争等问题,文章在绿色"一带一路"背景下,研究中欧班列的集拼中心选址优化.考虑碳排放对集拼中心选址的影响,建立了一个混合整数规划模型,并通过将模型线性化对其进行求解;并使用中欧班列的实际运营数据验证了模型的有效性.结果表明,哈尔滨、 兰州、 太原、 乌鲁木齐、 天津为最优的集拼中心组合. In order to explore the environmental concerns in the implementation of the belt and road initiative, and solve the problems such as line duplication, resource incoherence and excessive competition in the operation of China Railway Express (Cr- express), this paper studies the location optimization of consolidation centers for CRexpress under the background of green belt and road. Considering the influence of carbon emission on location selections, a mixed-integer programming model is established and solved by linearizing the model. The actual operation data of CRexpress is used to verify the validity of the model. The re sults show that Harbin, Lanzhou, Taiyuan, Urumqi and Tianjin are the optimal center combinations.
