电子商务环境下跨境电商物流效率研究

Research on Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Efficiency under the Environment of E-commerce

随着国家对进出口贸易发展的重视以及国内目前消费趋势的升级,供应链技术的发展与国际物流逐渐成熟,使得海淘成为消费者的购物渠道之一.通过对跨境电商物流效率的研究,可以更清晰地认识到我国目前跨境电商所面临的困境,从而为跨境电商业务提供一定的借鉴,更好地提高其物流效率.文章选取BP人工神经网络模型对具有代表性的企业进行跨境电子商务的评价与预测.结果表明:所建立的BP神经网络模型具有可行性,未来应加强跨境电子商务企业间的合作,建立物流联盟,着重培养跨境电商技术人才.同时,政府应当给予相应的简化通关手续、 减免物流税收等优惠政策.

With the emphasis on the development of import and export trade and the upgrading of domestic consumption trend,the development of supply chain technology and international logistics have gradually matured,making Haitao one of the shopping channels for consumers.Through the study of cross-border E-commerce logistics efficiency,we can more clearly understand the current difficulties faced by cross-border E-commerce in China,so as to provide some reference for cross-border E-commerce business and better improve its logistics efficiency.This paper chooses BP artificial neural network model to evaluate and forecast cross-border E-commerce of representative enterprises.The results show that the BP neural network model is feasible.In the future,cooperation among cross-border E-commerce enterprises should be strengthened,logistics alliances should be established,and technical talents of cross-border E-commerce should be trained.At the same time,the government should give corresponding preferential policies such as simplifying customs clearance procedures,reducing and exempting logistics tax.
