通过综述国内外高等职业教育国际化技能人才培养研究资料,分析、 归纳高职院校物流专业外向型应用技能人才培养取得的成功经验与面临的现实困难,探讨适合高职物流专业的国际化技能人才培养模式与对策,以适应湖南乃至全国外向型经济快速发展对外向型高素质、 应用型物流专业技能人才的需要.

This paper reviews the contents of training internationalized talents in higher vocational education at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the successful experience and practical difficulties in the training of export-oriented talents with applied skills in logistics major,to explore suitable training mode of international talents for logistics majors in higher vocational colleges,to adapt to the fast development of export-oriented economy and the demand for export-oriented and high-quality application-oriented logistics professionals in Hunan province and even the whole country.
