铝合金漆层与氧化层激光清洗应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对激光的单脉冲能量、光斑搭接率、离焦量等参数的对比研究发现,过高的激光能量不仅能清洗掉漆层与氧化层,还会对铝合金表面造成明显的热损伤;过高的光斑搭接率会降低清洗效率;适当的离焦量有助于非均匀漆层的清洗去除。研究结论是,对于铝合金漆层与氧化层的激光清洗,最佳的组合参数为单脉冲能量0.45 mJ、光斑搭接率33%和离焦量1 mm。 By comparing the parameters of laser single pulse energy,spot overlap rate and defocusing amount,it is found that too high laser energy can not only clean the lacquer layer and the oxide layer,but also cause obvious thermal damage to the aluminum alloy surface;excessive spot overlap rate reduces cleaning efficiency;proper defocusing amount helps to clean non-uniform lacquer layers. The conclusion is that for the laser cleaning of aluminum alloy lacquer layer and oxide layer,the best combination parameters are single pulse energy 0.45 mJ,spot overlap rate 33%,and defocus amount 1 mm.
