关于加强戒毒康复专业队伍建议的探讨

成瘾问题一直是全球面临的严重社会和公共卫生问题。2016年底,全球共有2.5亿人沾染毒品,这些人中只有不到1/6的人获得了针对成瘾的医学治疗。我国现有登记在册吸毒人员250.5万名,实际人数可能已经超过1 400万。自《中华人民共和国禁毒法》和《戒毒条例》实施以来,我国公安及司法部门在严厉打击毒品犯罪、减少毒品供应方面采取了强有力的措施,禁毒工作已经取得较大成效。但是成瘾医学临床工作却发展缓慢,工作人员积极性严重不足,存在人员不足、专业水平低等诸多原因,本文就如何调动成瘾专业临床工作人积极性进行探讨。

By the end of 2016,A total of 250 million people worldwide are infected with drugs, Less than one-sixth of these people have received medical treatment for addiction.China has 2,500,000 registered drug addicts,The actual number may have exceeded 14 million. Since the implementation of the Drug Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Drug Rehabilitation Regulations, China’s public security and judicial departments have taken strong measures to crack down on drug crimes and reduce the supply of drugs, Anti-drug work has achieved great results. However, the clinical work of addiction medicine has developed slowly, the staff’s enthusiasm is seriously insufficient, there are many reasons such as insufficient staff and low professional level. This paper discusses how to mobilize the enthusiasm of clinical workers in addiction.
