苍耳子化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Xanthii Fructus

苍耳子作为一味传统中药,主要含挥发油、脂肪酸、酚酸类、木脂素类、倍半萜内酯类、噻嗪双酮杂环类等多种化学成分,具有抗炎镇痛、抗菌、抗病毒、降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文对苍耳子的化学成分、药理作用进行总结、归纳,并对苍耳子毒性及毒性成分进行简述,旨在为苍耳子的进一步开发利用提供参考。

As a traditional Chinese medicine,Xanthii fructus contains various chemical components such as volatile oil,fatty acids,phenolic acids,lignans,sesquiterpene lactones and thiazide diketone heterocyclics.It has antiinflammatory,analgesic,antibacterial,antiviral,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antitumor and other pharmacological effects.This article summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Xanthii fructus,and briefly introduces the toxicity and toxic components,aiming to provide reference for the further development and utilization of Xanthii fructus.
