粳型两系杂交水稻10个株形性状配合力及遗传力分析 被引量:1

摘要 按NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计,分析了9个不育系与9个恢复系配制的81个两系杂交水稻组合的株高、有效穗数等10个株形性状的配合力和遗传力。结果表明:恢复系和不育系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平,杂交组合的10个性状特殊配合力方差均达极显著水平。不育系M9剑叶长一般配合力效应值最高,M3倒一节长、倒二节长的一般配合力效应值较大。组合M2/F1、M2/F3、M4/F3、M5/F6、M6/F5、M5/F7、M1/F8均只有一个性状特殊配合力效应值为负向,而且组合M2/F1剑叶长、倒二叶长和倒二叶宽的特殊配合力效应值最高,各株形性状狭义遗传力大小依次为倒二叶宽、株高、倒一节长、倒二叶长、穗长、剑叶长、穗颈节伸出度、剑叶宽、倒二节长、穗数。 Combining ability and heritability of plant height,effective panicle number and other 10 plant shape characters of 81 two-line hybrid rice combinations composed of 9 sterile lines and 9 restorer lines were analyzed according to the incomplete diallel hybrid design of NCⅡ.The results showed that the variance of GCA of restorer line and CMS line was very significant,and the variance of GCA of 10 characters of hybrid combination was very significant.The GCA effect value of M9 was the highest,while that of M3 was the highest.The special combining ability effect of M2/F1,M2/F3,M4/F3,M5/F6,M6/F5,M5/F7 and M1/F8 was negative,and the special combining ability effect of M2/F1 was the highest.The narrow sense heritability of each plant shape character was as follows:width of inverted two leaves,height of plant,length of inverted one node,length of inverted two leaves,ear length,sword leaf length,elongation of ear neck node,width of sword leaf,length of inverted two nodes,number of ears.
