摘要
研究了不同玻璃纤维含量对共聚甲醛的力学性能、熔融结晶性能和其他相关性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维加入共聚甲醛中既不会熔融,也不会发生化学反应,是一个纯物理分散过程,因此样品的化学性质保持不变。但是玻璃纤维在改性样品中起到了强有力的增强和骨架支撑作用,大幅提高了共聚甲醛的刚性。当聚甲醛与玻璃纤维添加比例为100/25时,样品的综合性能最优,其冲击强度提高了39%,拉伸模量提高了160%,弯曲模量提高了194%,热变形温度提高了63℃。
In this paper,the effects of different glass fiber contents on the mechanical properties,melt crystallization properties and other related properties of copoly-polyoxymethylene were investigated.The results show that the glass fiber is not melted or chemically reacted when it is added to the copoly-polyoxymethylene.It is a pure physical dispersion process,so the chemical properties of the sample remain unchanged.However,the glass fiber plays a strong reinforcement and skeleton support role in the modified sample,which greatly improves the rigidity of the copoly-polyoxymethylene.When the ratio of polyoxymethylene to glass fiber was 100/25,the comprehensive performance of the sample was optimal,the impact strength was increased by 39%,the tensile modulus was increased by 160%,the flexural modulus was increased by 194%,and the heat distortion temperature was increased by 63℃.
