端羟烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷改性聚氨酯的制备及其表征 被引量:1

摘要 利用端羟烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HOPDMS)与聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)为软段,与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应制备了有机硅改性的线型聚氨酯,并测试了其不同溶剂下的溶解性;凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定了其分子量,发现随着有机硅含量的增加,PDMS-PU的分子量先变大后变小,分子量分布亦呈此趋势;热失重法(TGA)测定了其热稳定性,发现由于相容性的问题,在嵌入PDMS后,聚氨酯表现的整体热稳定性下降,并且随着PDMS量的增加下降越大。 In this paper,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and polyethylene tetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG)were used as soft segments and reacted with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)to prepare the silicone-modified linear polyurethane,and its solubility under different solvents was tested.Gel permeation chromatography(GPC)determined the moleculer weight of PDMS-PU,it was found that the molecular weight increased and then decreased with the increasing of the content of organic silicon,molecular weight distribution also follow the trend;thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)determined the thermal stability,it was found that due to the problem of compatibility,after embedding PDMS,a decline in the general thermal stability of the polyurethane with the increasing of amount of PDMS.
