摘要
通过热失重分析仪、动态热机械分析仪和差示扫描量热仪等手段对三种不同工艺无规聚丙烯的热性能和力学性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,B样品热分解温度较另外两个样品略低;当测试温度为200℃时,A样品的氧化诱导期最长,具有良好的耐热氧降解能力,B样品的氧化诱导期最短;三个样品耐热变形能力相近,A样品略优于其它两个样品;三个样品力学性能没有明显的优势差别。
The thermal and mechanical properties of polypropylene random copolymer with three different processes were studied by TG,DMA and DSC.The results indicated that the thermal decomposition temperature of sample B was lower than others.The OIT of sample A was the longest and it had good thermal and oxygen aging resistance when the test temperature was 200℃,the OIT of sample B was the shortest.The heat resistance deformation of the three samples was similar,sample A was slightly better than the others.There was no significant difference in mechanical properties between the three samples.
