异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的复制

异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质,2016年11月经原国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准,在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用。根据标准物质复制计划和合成橡胶行业的需求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心2019年进行复制。复制的异戊橡胶门尼黏度国家标准物质经过选择候选物、均匀性与稳定性的检验与判定、标准物质的定值和评定其不确定度、申报和评审标准物质等多项工作,得到国家市场监督管理总局的批准。复制的异戊橡胶国家标准物质其定值结果在0.01的显著水平下,在ML(1+4)100℃条件下处于正态分布、无可疑值、等精度,标准值为73.9±1.1。

Approved by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of China in November of 2016,Mooney viscosity reference material of isoprene rubber(IR)had been popularizated and applicated in the synthetic rubber.It play an important role in Mooney viscometer calibration,product quality control,the personnel inspection,quality supervision and inspection,deal and trade,arbitration etc.According to the standard material replication plan and demand of synthetic rubber industry,National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Synthetic Rubber replicated it in 2019.By candidate selection,test and judg of uniformity and stability,fixed measure and evaluation of uncertainty,declaration and evaluation of standard substance etc,reproduced IR Mooney viscosity national standard substances have been approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation.On the condition of significant level of 0.01 and ML(1+4)100℃,the copied IR national standard substance was normally distributed,no suspicious value,and equal accuracy,the normal value was 73.9±1.1.
