GBW(E)130397门尼黏度标准物质,2012年6月经原国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准,在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要作用。根据标准物质复制计划和合成橡胶行业的需求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心2013年、2015年、2018年进行了3次复制。采用极差法、拟合直线法分别检验和评价GBW(E)130397c标准物质的均匀性、稳定性。GBW(E)130397c标准物质在0.05的显著水平时,样品均匀;丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质通过20个季度的稳定性考察,没有明显变化,性能稳定。因此,GBW(E)130397c门尼黏度标准物质的均匀性和稳定性满足标准物质复制的技术要求。

Approved by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of China in June of 2012,Mooney viscosity reference material of GBW(E)130397c had been popularizated and applicated in the synthetic rubber.It play an important role in Mooney viscometer calibration,product quality control,the personnel inspection,quality supervision and inspection,deal and trade,arbitration etc.According to the standard material replication plan and demand of synthetic rubber industry,National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Synthetic Rubber replicated it three times in 2013,2015 and 2018.Using statistics and line-fitting method,the uniformity and stability of standard material GBW(E)130397c was evaluated.At 0.05 significant level,GBW(E)130397c standard substance was uniformed.After 20 quarters of stability test,butadiene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material was no obviously changed and stable.Therefore,the uniformity and stability of Mooney viscosity reference material GBW(E)130397c satisfied the requirement of copy.
