摘要
采用酸碱中和法制备出环烷酸铈金属盐,利用重量法测定了产物中的金属含量,通过红外光谱分析和油溶性实验对产物的分子结构、油溶性进行表征,最后将其添加到柴油中,分别通过目测法和碳烟收集法定性和定量测定评价其消烟助燃性能。结果表明:环烷酸铈在柴油中油溶性好,具有良好的消烟助燃性能。
In this paper,the cerium naphthenate metal salt was prepared by the acid-base neutralization method.The content of metal in the product was determined by gravimetric method.Its structure and oil-solubility were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and oil-solubility test.Then it was added to diesel fuel.And its soot suppression and combustion performance was qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated by visual inspection and soot collection method.The results showed that cerium naphthenate has good oil solubility in diesel fuel and good soot suppression and combustion performance.
