摘要
针对甲醇制丙烯装置生产的丙烯中水含量超标的问题,通过优化氧化物抽提塔控制、改进氧化物抽提塔和干燥器分布设计等手段,将丙烯产品中大量游离态的水在气水分离过程中除去,痕量水通过干燥剂脱除,有效地解决了丙烯产品中水含量超标的问题。所得到的丙烯产品的水含量在5mg/kg以下,可满足聚合级丙烯的标准。
In view of the problem that the water content in propylene produced by methanol to propylene unit exceeded the standard,a large amount of free water in propylene product was removed in the process of gas-water separation by means of optimizing the control of oxide extraction tower,improving the distribution design of oxide extraction tower.The trace water was removed by desiccant.The implementation of the above measures effectively solved the problem that the water content in propylene product exceeds the standard.The water content of the obtained propylene product is below 5mg/kg,which can meet the standard of polymerization grade propylene.
