桉木板皮浆中浓压力臭氧漂白工艺 被引量:2

Ozone Bleaching Process with Medium Concentration Pressure of Eucalyptus Slab Edgings Pulp

摘要 在实验室条件下,自行设计和组装了一套臭氧实验平台,模仿实际生产条件,进行带压臭氧漂白,用其对中浓桉木板皮浆的漂白工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明:在带压环境下,各条件对漂白后的纸浆性能有明显影响;其中臭氧浓度对纸浆性能的影响最大;综合各组数据能得到桉木板皮浆的最佳漂白工艺为:酸用量3%(PH2.5),臭氧浓度2wt%,反应时间3min,温度30℃(室温),最终得到的桉木板板皮浆的白度为41.9,卡伯值为10.6,黏度为563.3mL/g,废水的COD为406.4mg/L。 Under laboratory conditions,a set of ozone experiment platform was designed and assembled by itself,imitating the actual production conditions,and carrying out ozone bleaching with pressure,and using it to study the bleaching process of medium concentration wood pulp.The experimental results show that under the pressure environment,the conditions have a significant effect on the pulp performance after bleaching;the ozone concentration has the greatest impact on the pulp performance;the best bleaching process for the eucalyptus wood pulp can be obtained by combining the data of each group:the dosage of acid is 3%(pH 2.5),the ozone concentration is 2wt%,the reaction time is 3 min,the temperature is 30℃(room temperature),and the brightness of the finally obtained sapwood board pulp is 41.9%,the Kappa number is 10.6,and the viscosity is 563.3mL/g,the COD of the waste water is 406.4 mg/L.
