高校学生劳动观教育现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students’ Outlook on Labor

随着多元价值观的不断涌现,作为社会主义建设未来生力军的大学生,其所接受的劳动教育面临着许多问题和挑战。在当代大学生中,存在着许多对劳动不正确的认识和行为,使得大学生的劳动观教育受到严重阻碍。如何让大学生变得会劳动、擅劳动、能生存、做成事,已成为高校教育不可忽视的重要问题。本文阐明了高校学生劳动观教育现存问题,并从社会教育、学校教育、家庭教育三方面提出相关的对策建议,对培养高校学生劳动意识,加强劳动能力培养具有重要意义。

With the emergence of pluralistic values,as a new student of socialist construction,the labor education received by it faces many problems and challenges.In contemporary college students,there are many misunderstandings and behaviors about labor,which makes the education of college students'work outlook seriously hindered.How to make college students become labor,labor,survival,and things has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in college education.This paper clarifies the existing problems of college students'labor outlook education,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of social education,school education and family education,which is of great significance for cultivating college students'labor consciousness and strengthening labor ability training.
