高校酒店管理专业项目教学的应用

The Application of Project-based Teaching Methodology in the Major of Hosipitality in Colleges

项目教学对于职业教育实现学生的实践与理论知识结合的培养目标具有重要的意义,它是当代国际和国内职业院校主流的教学模式。笔者从理论分析入手,比较项目教学与传统教学模式的优势,结合自己在新加坡南洋理工学院和瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院的亲身经历与学习经验,分析高校酒店管理专业目前在教学模式方面存在的问题,提出应高校酒店管理专业率先采用项目教学的可行性分析。

project-based learning methodology has been discussed and pointed one of the important teaching methods.It is considered the main approach and applied a lot in many colleges both in China and in the world.By comparing the strengths of project-based learning with traditional teaching methods,the author gives the frame of how to apply this teaching method in hospitality major in college.
