创始人专业背景与企业创新绩效:基于医药生物行业的实证研究

Founder’s Professional Background and Enterprise Innovation Performance: Empirical Research from the Biomedical Industry

本文以医药生物行业A股民营上市公司为样本,对企业创始人的专业背景如何影响企业创新绩效进行了实证研究。结果表明,在医药生物行业中,创始人具有该领域相关专业背景能够正向促进企业创新。此外,企业的核心价值观在其中发挥了中介效应;国家实施创新政策具有调节效应,有利于加强创始人专业背景对企业创新的促进作用。进一步研究发现,具有专业背景的创始人通过增加研发投入强度和再聘请具有该领域专业背景高管的途径促进了企业创新。本文的研究结论对推动专业人才在"双创"背景下积极创业、创新,以不断提高我国创新水平具有重要的启示意义。

The article is to survey how professional background of the company founder affect enterprise innovation performance w ith the sample of A-share non-public enterprise in biomedical industry. The result shows that,a founder possessed of the relevant professional background in the field can promote enterprise innovation positively. Further survey finds that enterprise’ s key values play an intermediary role in innovating. What ’ s more, nation innovation policy carried out have adjusting effects,w hich can reinforce promotion effect.Further research show s that founders w ith professional background promote innovation by increasing the R&D investment and hiring executives w ith professional background in the field. The article has a significance, to the extend, for professional personnel to exert themselves under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and for nation to enhance innovation level.
