常州市严重精神障碍人群肇事肇祸风险评估量表的初步编制

Preliminary development of troublemaking risk assessment scale for crowds with severe mental disorder in Changzhou City

目的编制能够全面、正确、灵敏地反映严重精神障碍人群肇事肇祸风险的评估工具,并进行信效度检验。方法2017年7月—2018年4月根据量表编制的程序及要求,参考国内外相关研究,并结合精神病防治工作实践,采用方便取样法,在常州市天宁区及钟楼区选取570名符合要求的测试对象先后3次(预测、再测、重测)进行测试,并不断修订量表的内容结构和信效度检验,最终编制形成具有5个维度19个条目的严重精神障碍人群肇事肇祸风险评估量表。结果量表在不同样本群体中总分与各条目(除文化程度)的相关系数r为0.143~0.828,内部一致性Cronbach’s α系数为0.774,分半信度为0.702,评分者一致性信度为1,重测信度为0.632,内容效度指数CVI为1,与危险性评估表校标的r为0.828。结论此次编制的严重精神障碍患者易肇事肇祸风险评估量表具有良好的信效度,可以用于筛选不同程度肇事肇祸风险的严重精神障碍患者。

Objective To develop a comprehensive,accurate and sensitive evaluation tool that can reflect the risk of patients with severe mental disorder,carry out the reliability and validity test.Methods According to the procedures and requirements of scale,from July 2017 to April 2018,referring to domestic and foreign related research,combining with the work of mental prevention practices,and using convenience sampling method,570 test objects that met the requirements for testing were selected from Tianning District and Zhonglou District of Changzhou City and three times of test(predict,retest,retest)were conducted,the content structure and reliability and validity of the scale were constantly revised,and a troublemaking risk assessment scale for severe mental illness patients with 19 items in 5 dimensions were finally formed.Results The correlation coefficient(r)between the total score of the scale and each item(except the degree of education)in different sample groups were ranged from 0.143 to 0.828,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of internal consistency was 0.774,the split-half reliability was 0.702,the rater consistency reliability was 1,the test-retest reliability was 0.632,the content validity index(CVI)was 1,and the r with calibration of the risk assessment table was 0.828.Conclusion The troublemaking risk assessment scale for patients with severe mental disorder has good reliability and validity,which can be used in screening of patients with severe mental disorders at different troublemaking risk.
