摘要 目的综合分析低强度微波辐射对雄性小鼠睾丸功能的影响。方法以PubMed、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方、维普等数据库作为数据来源,检索、收集并筛选建库至2018年10月关于低强度微波辐射对雄性小鼠睾丸功能影响研究的论文,采用文献计量学的方法用RevMan 5.3软件对各研究结果进行异质性检验并采用相应的数学模型进行数据合并分析。结果共纳入文献10篇。分析结果显示,微波实验组小鼠(n=172)的精子计数低于对照组(n=113)(SMD=-6.67,95%CI=-9.27^-4.07,Z=5.04,P<0.01);微波对实验组小鼠(n=115)的血清睾酮低于对照组(n=69)(SMD=-5.04,95%CI=-8.51^-1.56,Z=2.84,P<0.01);微波实验组小鼠(n=93)的精子畸形率则高于对照组(n=59)(SMD=11.94,95%CI=4.58~19.29,Z=3.18,P<0.01)。结论低强度微波辐射可影响小鼠睾丸功能,应进一步探讨其作用机制。 Objective To analyze the effects of low intensity microwave radiation on the testicular function of male mice.Methods Using PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases as data sources,the papers on the effect of low intensity microwave radiation on the testicles function of male mice were retrieved,collected and screened until October 2018.Literature metrology was adopted and the results were tested for heterogeneity with RevMan 5.3 software and the corresponding mathematical model was used for data consolidation analysis.Results A total of 10 papers were included.The analysis results showed that the sperm count of the mice in the microwave group(n=172)was lower than that of the control group(n=113)(SMD=-6.67,95%CI=-9.27--4.07,Z=5.04,P<0.01),the serum testosterone of the experimental group(n=115)was lower than that of the control group(n=69)(SMD=-5.04,95%CI=-8.51--1.56,Z=2.84,P<0.01),and the sperm abnormality rate in the microwa ve group(n=93)was higher than that in the control group(n=59)(SMD=11.94,95%CI=4.58-19.29,Z=3.18,P<0.01).Conclusion Low intensity microwave radiation can affect the testicular function in mice,so the mechanism should be further explored.
