长链非编码RNA meg3多态性与口腔鳞癌风险的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨长链非编码RNA meg3多态性与口腔鳞癌风险的相关性分析。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治手术治疗与病理资料完整的口腔鳞癌患者98例作为研究对象(实验组),选取同期到我院体检健康的群体86例作为对照组,采用PCR-RFLP方法检测长链非编码RNA MEG3中所选SNPs基因分型,采用酶切测定探索SNPs基因,运用logistics回归分析MEG中SNPs基因多态性与口腔鳞癌风险的相关性。结果本研究最终筛查了7个SNPs的生物学信息,两组在SPNs中rs11160608基因型频率中有统计学意义(P<0.05);调整年龄、性别、吸烟与饮酒等相关因素后,SNPs中rs11160608AC型基因与增加OSCC风险增加密切相关,其它SNPs未见与OSCC风险的相关性;在年龄>50岁与吸烟群体,rs11160608易感性之间的关系在共显性模型中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MEG3中SNPs rs11160608在口腔鳞癌中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between long-chain non-coding RNA(LncRNA)meg3 polymorphism and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)risk.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,98 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma who had surgical treatment and complete pathological data in our hospital were enrolled as the research subjects(experimental group);meanwhile,86 patients with physical examination in our hospital within the same period were selected as the control group.PCR-RFLP method was used to detect the genotypes of selected SNPs in LncRNA MEG3.The SNPs gene was detected by enzyme digestion assay.The correlation between SNPs gene polymorphism in MEG and oral squamous cell carcinoma risk was analyzed by logistic regression.Results The biological information of 7 SNPs was finally screened.The frequency of rs11160608 genotypes in SPNs between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After adjusting for age,sex,smoking and drinking,the rs11160608 AC gene in SNPs was closely associated with an increased risk of OSCC.Other SNPs were not associated with OSCC risk.The relationship between age>50 years,smoking population and rs11160608 susceptibility was statistically significant in the codominant model(P<0.05).Conclusion SNPs rs11160608 in MEG3 play an important role in OSCC.
