摘要
选取车灯常用的一种卡扣作为研究对象,通过NX NASTRAN仿真模拟,确定了卡扣卡接装配时用力范围及影响因素。考虑塑料卡扣材料的非线性特点,即材料塑性,选用NX NASTRAN非线性模块,采用非线性仿真方法进行仿真计算。在卡扣卡接的过程中存在着卡扣和锁紧件之间的接触。为了提高仿真精度,对接触理论进行了研究,并在仿真过程中对接触非线性进行相关设置。通过仿真结果及分析,能够得到车灯卡扣的应力应变状态及卡接按压力,满足主机厂对车灯卡扣灯连接件设计阶段提出的要求。
To choose one kind of very common snap of automobile lamp as the research object, according to the simulation, the range and influence factor of snap pressing force had been ensured. To analyze the process of snap connection when it is assembled, while the non-linear of material was considered, non-linear module of NX NASTRAN was used by non-linear method to simulate it. To increase the simulation precision,contact theory was researched,and contact was set during simulation. According to result and analysis, stress,strain and press force can be obtained,which can meet customer’s requirement at the stage of snap design.
