早期介入微弹簧圈栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤破裂的疗效及预后分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析早期介入微弹簧圈栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤破裂的疗效及预后。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的80例脑动脉瘤破裂患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组40例。观察组患者在入院3d内实施微弹簧圈栓塞形式介入治疗,对照组患者在入院3d后执行介入栓塞治疗方法。两组疗效比较。结果:观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的MBI评分高于对照组,且mRs评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率与复发率都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期介入微弹簧圈栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤患者,疗效与预后良好。
