城市小区规划案例的探讨

城市居住区小区是一个城市重要的空间构成要素,小区的建设水平对居民的生活环境有着较大的影响。规划的质量对于小区的环境甚至起到了决定性的作用。目前我国的城市人口增长迅速,对小区的需求十分旺盛。各省市都十分注重经济适用房的建设,这使得渴望提高居住水平的居民得到了满足。随着经济社会的发展,城市居民对住房的要求也越来越高,这就需要我们在规划设计时考虑更多的问题。但是在追求利益最大化的驱动下,规划师的设计理念得不到最大的应用,使设计只能流于形式。本文将从春江花月小区的案例去探讨城市居住小区的设计优势及不足。

Urban residential area is an important spatial element of a city.The construction level of residential area has a great impact on the living environment of residents.The quality of planning even plays a decisive role in the environment of the community.At present,China’s urban population is growing rapidly,and the demand for residential areas is very strong.All provinces and cities pay great attention to the construction of affordable housing,which satisfies the residents who are eager to improve their living standards.With the development of economy and society,urban residents have higher and higher requirements on housing,which requires us to consider more problems in planning and design.However,driven by the pursuit of profit maximization,the planner’s design concept cannot be applied to the greatest extent,making the design merely a formality.This paper will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of urban residential area design from the case of Chunjiang huayue residential area.
