摘要
笃斯越桔富含花色苷、多酚等活性物质,是我国具有开发潜力的寒地浆果资源。本文主要对笃斯越桔活性物质的功能研究进展进行综述,以期为笃斯越桔的精深开发利用奠定基础。
Vaccinium uliginosum is rich in anthocyanins,polyphenols and other active substances.It is a potential berry resource in Cold Region of China.In this paper,the function of active substances in Vaccinium uliginosum was reviewed in order to lay a foundation for its further development and utilization.
