摘要 汽轮机调节系统存在自身的缺陷,如控制精度较低、操作烦琐、动态调节品质较差,尤其是维修保养难度较大。要想彻底解决上述问题,人们需釆用一种新型调控系统代替原有调节系统。本文阐述了汽轮机调节系统改造的必要性,对比了汽轮机改造方案的优缺点,最后分析了改造后系统的安全性,以期为汽轮机调节系统改造提供参考。 Turbine regulating system has its own defects, such as low control precision, cumbersome operation, poor dynamic adjustment quality, especially the difficulty of maintenance. In order to completely solve the above problems, people need to use a new control system instead of the original adjustment system. This paper expounds the necessity of steam turbine regulation system transformation, compares the advantages and disadvantages of steam turbine reconstruction scheme, and finally analyzes the safety of the modified system, in order to provide reference for steam turbine regulation system transformation.
